Ignite damage and invulnerability modifiers

Hello, something is seriously wrong with the ignite damage from the mobs, the moment you get it one second later or less you are dead. Last league for sure that damage from it was not like this.

This combined with the invulnerability modifiers on mobs + their blink/teleport on top of you from off screen are probably more than half of my deaths this league.
