Micro shop bugged

Shop doesn't show anything except support packs, points or guild transfer gold option... trying to look at available skins to buy for shapeshift and general shop and the screen is just open with nothing coming up when I click shop, new or when I click on the shapeshift skins from the featured tab.

Which client & OS do you use?
Do you have any third-party anti-virus software installed? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I play through steam, have never had an issue with shop and have no anti virus running beside the standard one with my pc ... still won't come up at all for me
