Trial of Chaos_Soul core bug

Whilst doing Trial of Chaos and retreiving the soul cores, after having placed the first one in the device i went for the second one, but it said that I already had a soulcore, even though I did not. Perhaps it happened because once I had the first one, i tried picking up the second?
Either way, it needs fixing.
Also, the laser beams from the affliction mechaninc have such a range that they shoot up to the place where you have to socket the soulcores, doing damage whilst you are placing them. That should also be fixed.
