TONE DOWN SLOWING EFFECTS for the love of god

I am exclusively running a Freeze charm and a Chill charm, and I spend WAY too much of my time slowed WAY below normal speed.

Ultra mega slowing effects aren't really that fun or interesting if you think about it. Between all the enemy slowing effects and how bad the body blocking STILL IS, it kinda makes playing melee still really, really suck.

Kinda like last league, where it really, really sucked to play melee. Throw in some idiotic mechanic like Trial of the Sekhema honour, and now it feels like I'm just grinding the least fun game I've played in quite a long time.

Coming on a year of this early access and the only good thing I can say about PoE2 compared to PoE1 is it has fancier graphics. Wahooo!
