Kulemak Quest Bug – Unable to Re-enter Dungeon / Quest Not Completing

Description:
While doing the Kulemak quest, I’m unable to re-enter Kulemak’s dungeon. I was able to enter the dungeon once, but the quest did not complete afterward.

Currently:

The quest is not marked as completed

Only one ring is shown as obtained

The dungeon entrance is no longer accessible

I cannot return to Kulemak’s location to continue the remaining encounters

Because of this, the quest appears to be stuck and cannot be progressed further.

Steps Taken:

Entered the dungeon once

Left the area

Tried returning to the dungeon location

Expected Result:
Being able to re-enter Kulemak’s dungeon or have the quest properly marked as completed.

Actual Result:
Dungeon entrance is inaccessible and the quest remains incomplete.

I entered Kulemak’s dungeon and defeated Kulemak once. After the kill, a single ring dropped.

In the videos I’ve watched, there are selectable options behind the ring that allow players to choose one and repeatedly fight Kulemak. In my case, those options never appeared.

Kulemak spawned only once, I killed him, but afterward there were no selectable interactions and the quest was not marked as completed. As a result, the quest appears to be stuck and cannot be progressed further.
