No Corrupted zones anywhere and 2 more questions

I have a quest item to clear a Level 9+ Corrupted Nexus and I can't see a single red tor anywhere on the map. I am rushing towers to uncover a wide are and still nothing. Can anyone confirm if Corrupted Zones spawn after the latest patch?

Also, does Perfect Essence of Sorcery (giving +3 to skill gems) still drop? I have maxed out essence nodes on the atlas skill tree and have multiples in the other categories.


Finally, does anyone know if a +Level to skill gem can still roll naturally on a Focus? GGG disabled the essence craft but does the mod still exist? I need to know whether to keep exalt spamming Foci.
