Siege Cascade is unable to freeze

Siege Cascade lost it's Payoff tag in 0.3, and was enabled to build up heavy stun, but keep the "hidden" unable to freeze modifier.

This modifier shows in the detailed skill information panel but not anywhere on the skill gem itself.

It looks like this modifier was left in by mistake due to the heavy stun changes.

Edit:
I've confirmed the skill can both pin and electrocute as well as heavy stun; it's only freeze that's locked out.
