Spirit allocation doubles on weapon swap

Using a 60 spirit allocation spear spirit gem, the allocation is 60 when turned on. After swapping to wand allocation is 0. After swapping to spear, allocation is 120??

there's also something weird going on with it not letting me turn on aura with the button, but only from weapon swap checkbox

e: idk if it went away after swapping my gear a bit, but it seems to not show the reservation as double anymore. the 'can't use with this item set' ui warning persists and doesn't let me toggle the aura with right click
