Failed to connect to instance

Since yesterday I've encountered this upon entering or exiting a map or even going to/from my hideout, literally sometimes I need try to login more than 7-10 times.
i try to log in, 'failed to join instance'
start a map click the portal 'failed to join instance'
log out, log back in, fail again.
try again, get back in, click the map portal again, FINALLY GET IN
abyssal depths spawns, click it, 'failed to join instance'
start process over again

Tried everything to fix and nothing works.
