Skill Book from The Blind Beast disappeared after pickup (Act 4 – Kiin Island)

Hello,

I would like to report a bug in Path of Exile 2.

In Act 4 – Kiin Island, after killing The Blind Beast, two skill point books dropped as quest rewards.
When I clicked to pick them up, the items disappeared immediately and did not go into my inventory.
I did not receive the skill points, and the items are completely missing.

I have checked:

Inventory

Relogged and changed zones

Restarted the game

The issue still remains.

Details:

Act: 4

Area: Kiin Island

Boss: The Blind Beast

Issue: Skill books disappeared after pickup, skill points not granted

Platform: PC(GeForce Now)
Character Name: nzscholarxx

This seems to be a quest reward bug, as the items vanished upon pickup.
