Smith of Kitava takes poison damage

If you take heatproofing, poison puddles still deal damage, even though the skill says "body atrmour grants Unaffected by damage effects." In my opinion, a character shouldn't receive damage over time, including not only burning ground, but also poison puddles and puddles with bleeding damage (?).
But after the update, the character stopped receiving damage only from burning ground.
