Unable to reach second floor of Sinking Spire, door to next floor not spawning

As titled. Entered sinking spire with T15 juiced map and 2 abyss tablets. Completed first floor including one abyss and monolith boss. Unable to go to second floor.

I can physically see a doorway as part of the visible terrain, but no door icon on minimap, and unable to interact with doorway in any way

Going back to hideout and relogging did not fix the issue. Guess my map is bricked then.

I have also just encountered this.... This really sucks it was my only t10 map. It is physically not there at all. You can see where you should be going but no clickable door
