Elemental Weakness with Burning Inscription Support and Weapon Swap

When I first cast Elemental Weakness with Burning Inscription support on and then weapon swap (automatically or manually) before Elemental Weakness erupts, the Ignited Ground is not created.

Additionally, when I weapon swap twice (back to the original weapon set that casts this curse), the Ignited Ground is created. This is expected behavior, just a test case that seemed relevant.

I did not test this with other curses/runics.
