disable balak the sky seer in chaos trials

the boss is complete BS and easily 3-4x more dangerous than the other 2 bosses. there is absolutely no reason people should have to deal with this in A3.

playing on hardcore and doing the trial at the suggested level means you will basically just reset over and over until you get a different boss. its infuriating and a complete waste of time. i am not going to lose my character because you guys wanted to stick a a5/6 boss in an a3 area.
