10-Trial Trial of Chaos does not grant 4th ascendancy points

I had already ascended 3 times -- first it was sekhema, then it was chaos, then it was sekhema.

I got a 10-trial trial of chaos. I completed it. I'm standing in the room after getting all my items and the alter says to "interact to gain ascendancy passive skill points"

BUT IT DID NOT GRANT ME ANY ASCENDANCY POINTS.

GGG, What gives?!

I got 3 soul cores and a victorious fate, but my 4th ascendancy? Nowhere to be found.

Edit -- Apparently you have to do the Chaos boss. But the ultimatums say they'll grant the 4th ascendancy.

So, *pick a lane and then make sure ALL YOUR UI COMMUNICATES THE SAME THING!*
