Collision system

It needs to go. Or at least some parts of it. When you are surrounded in combat (oh by way this is an arpg, thats kind of the meat and potatoes of the game) you start getting bounced around all over the place. If a mob rolls at you, you can get locked into his animation and stuck there carried by his animation in that direction for however far.

When you fight bosses (cough cough queen of filth cough) it can be extreme. It really seems to effect the new bear and wolf forms (i havent tried snakey mclizardface but im sure it happens a lot to him too). I'll start rolling and my big body catches on the bosses hit box and instead of dodging i take all of his damage hes dishing out and im just rolling in front of him stuck taking damage as he kind of drags me around in his hitbox area kind of. So in order to deal w/ that as a bear or a wolf, I feel like i need to roll more perpendicular to avoid or reposition myself, but now im not really doing a great job of position myself to do damage like a would if i played something else, i now have to take a few more steps to get into position to hit the boss so its like an indirect damage penalty on people using a talisman. And w/ the bear his attack range feels so bad i have to get inside the boxes avatar to stand up and start swinging and make contact, but that's another conversation.

Another part of it that is very awful is the leap skills sometimes will take you through some mobs and then sometimes it feels like you randomly hit an invisible wall because there are some monsters there (even small ones and im a bear, feels weird). One in particular is the new Fury of the King talisman has an amazing ability attached to it that works like a leap and its very strong. So strong you can make a 1 button build but sometimes you just can even jump over the smallest weeakest monsters with it. And the character animation doesnt reallly ever seem to be responding to when the pushing is happening either. He/She kind of just floats on the ground trying to do w/e animation it would be doing if it was standing in place.

I actually do quite enjoy the added difficulty of having to read density and decide where to position myself for safety. But maybe rethink where you can "turn the slider down" so to speak. Look at when people are surrounded and they're trying to maneuver, it shouldn't be the messy slog that it feels like now. Look at using travel skills omg i forgot to bring up rampage (u probably know) and maybe consider allowing zero collision during travel skills. I'd rather swim right through mobs while im trampling than feel like im the one getting pushed around. I mean its called trample for crying out loud.

I'll finish this off by saying this is an incredible game by some incredible people and I want to see it be amazing. I love Path of Exile and i dont think I'll ever stop playing it unless they do what diablo did and get lazy and get beat. But until then way to go guys!
