Chilled ground map mod too common

I have two map mods I avoid: stun/ailment threshold and chilled ground. And I constantly run out of feasible maps to run. It feels like every second or third map rolls chilled ground and running a map with it feels worse than prenerf temp chains.
And those "chaos all mods to give x" omens don't help much, having a lot of one stat is kinda worthless if you don't have the others. Especially with the pack size change. On the other hand, I also avoid "inc stun buildup" maps, but I've found maybe a dozen of those so far, so I am absolutely convinced chilled ground just has a laughibly high weighting. Wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so incredibly hard to mitigate chill, but it is, so rip I guess.
