Staggering Palm Bugged - Projectiles don't fire

Well.. plain and simple, I heavy stun enemies, the buff appears on the top left of my screen, indicating that my staff attacks will proc the projectiles but they 'don't fire'.

Only here or there that they will fire, but nowhere near what it should, at least according to the skill's video presentation in game.

I played around with a monk last league and this didn't occur. It's something that I noticed this league only (Fate of the Vaal).
