why did you link 4 affix precursers to arbitor of does-not-exist?

There are multiple issues with it, firstly it creates a MASSIVE difference in farming potential between people who have fought him and those who have not, where he is one of the hardest bosses in the game - essentially meaning that you need a ton of currency to make a build.... in order to kill him.... in order to actually make currency

But that isn't even the worst part, there is also the problem that getting the fragments is an rng fest due to the infinite atlas and the rather low spawn rate of any of the citadels. This is why I call him arbitor of does-not-exist, because for many players he doesn't.

Even in trade league his fragments cost divines for even the lowest tier versions. It is the same problem that league passives used to have all over again, but somehow even worse.

60 hours in this league. Haven't seen a single citadelle yet.

Don't forget the actual fight, where instead of playing an ARPG you're playing some bizarre rhythm game where you dance around the arena to the designated pockets of not dying, hopefully taking a shot or two in between to progress the fight (unless you're melee, in which case LOL sucks to be you)
