Barkskin just stop work T_T

If i remove the skill and put back sometime the skill work gain for +- 1 min and stop again.

I found out that is the bug.
The Notable Passive Blessing of the Moon (8% increased Skill Effect duration per Enemy fronzen in the las 8 second , up to 40%)
If i remove this the notable, the skill work just fine.
plz fix this bug T_T
