One Problem of Rampage

Love the fixed Rampage so much, it's my favorite bear skill and i can just spam it all day.

That being said, one more thing to make it perfect: auto loot pick up. customizable (choose what to pick up automatically like currency etc). this would be so helpful, in other situations too.
