Only 1 attempt for Atziri

Why do we only get 1 attempt at Atziri when there are 1 shot mechanics. Am I supposed to know ahead of time what to do? Who thought this was a great idea?

Naturally. This is standard GGG design since poe1. Arrived to new boss, learned oneshot moves the hard way, off you go grinding another fragment (or whatever oversized grind loop there is). In fact the now unlimited attempts on other poe2 pinnacles (at lowest difficulty only) is an unusual mercy here.
Yeah, it certainly is a choice, considering the level it takes to grind up to Atziri.
Agree, same with Architect: weeks of grind to get there, die and grind few more hours to get back for next one-shot move to learn. Great!

Atziri is even worse: 2 runs I was 1 room from her, but every time I got paths to her chamber destroyed and effectively game is trolling me making boss unavailable over and over again because of stupid random-based design.

At least we should have few tries OR path modes should remain stable at least for 5-6 runs, not immediately destroyed and pushing us back from progression.

This far, temple feels the most unsatisfying mechanic in player experience, maybe even worse than wisps, that lure you into rares, buff them and give nothing in return.

Came here to say how upset I am about this. Spending so much time to have to start all over again with temple creation is too punishing to be enjoyable. Giving us a handful of attempts would be better, or minimizing the reconstruction of temple, or limiting the available loot at completion, but as it stands I don't know that I want to continue with the league.

I'm a huge fan of POE2 for the most part, and I like the other changes, but giving people 1 attempt at a boss is completely ridiculous and likely to chase away a lot of players. I thought GGG learned their lesson earlier in the POE2 Beta, but I guess I was wrong.
I just did my 2nd Atziri run after killing her the 1st time around, and this time she completely bugged out in the 2nd room. She should have died, but she got stuck on low health and went into an invincible/invulnerable mode, where you can't do any damage to her, and she just permanently stayed like that! Just forever stuck not being able to do damage to her while she endlessly spams AOE projectiles at you until you eventually run out of healing and die.

This kind of stuff really pisses me off. Serious bugs like this leave a really bad impression. The game is just too buggy, and they don't even address half of the bugs.

Yeah, it's the same story with a lot of things in this game, it's not about things merely being difficult, but things being both cheap and an outright disrespect of the player's time and effort put in. Is it really any wonder that fewer and fewer people come back?

I dont even know what her mechanics are as shes so weak in the first place.

1 attempt at her seems fair given how little you have to input, so this sounds like a build issue.
