abyssal power quest stuck, can't visit well of souls to craft

i was doing campaing and an abyssal power quest area doen't count as completed, i've ran thought abyssal deepth and done it, it gaves me 2 talent points, but npc doesn't show up to talk to me, so i can't get to abyssal area and crafting, currently abyssal power quest shows up in all acts and endgame as not completed, tried many times, in act 4 Ngakanu aswell

update: now it is even funnier, i've cleaned abyssal deepth in maps and it shows objective 'defeat vandroth or tasgul in dark domain', but i still can't get to well of souls, searched for npc to talk in every city

my lower lvl druid already has well of souls unlocked

after a lot of running i found what went wrong

looks like i've skipped act 2 location lightless passage and because of that quest log starts to misslead on some point, suggesting me to complete abyssal depth

i hope this thread help people in future or lead to some minor fixes

Cant imagine how many people already at end game are stuck getting the last 4 points for abyss atlas.
