As a shapeshifted druid occasionally abyss encounters break my skills and skill animations

Xbox series x using and elite series 2 controller.

Playing oracle using both wyvern and lycanthrope.

This bug has happened twice now on different tile sets, in the middle of an engagement with an abyss rare my shapeshifted basic attacks stop working, at some point I simply can't shred or rend any more until I run away for a good distance, I don't know which abyss modifier might be responsible.

I have tried resetting it occurs when near this rares or possibly the abyss hole.
