Insane load times after hotfix 0.4.0c

Load times for 0.4.0 have already been bad since the patch dropped, but logging in today has been absolutely painful. Anyone else having this problem?

Mobs in my maps are basically invisible and never load their textures, and when I die as a result of not being able to see what the hell I'm fighting, it takes two entire minutes to load the map back... I was already in the map, what the hell is loading for two minutes?

Have rebooted, have relaunched, have verified game files, so on and so forth. Issues persist.

I've been having loading issues which are progressively worse with every patch since PoE2 beta release.

It's come to a point that I don't want to log in and play because it takes me 5full minutes to load the town zone, or 3minutes to load hideout (no added MTX in it!!!)

It's been so painful and if this is not fixed for release - no way I'll be spending 5minutes to load a zone, no matter how good the game is in the end.

To open the end game map view it takes full 1 minute of looking at those cogs rotating - it just fully kills my will to play...
