One attempt only bosses/Architect

One attempt per boss is one of the worst designs in this game. I thought they learned their lesson with the other bosses and after the abyss league I was hoping we wouldn't see this again. But again now in vaal temple, they did it again with Architect.
Giving the players only one chance on boss fights achieves nothing. Players do not learn anything, it is a waste of time and if anything it makes me want to play less. I enter the Architect room, I get one shotted and what do I learn? I learn that if my build is not one shotting the boss, then I might as well not bother again. There no way I am wasting more hours grinding maps just to attempt the boss again. This is also not a waste of time for the players. It is a waste of time for the people who spent hours designing the boss and the mechanics, because guess what? Players are either gonna skip it and kill it within seconds or they are not gonna bother learning at all. They might as well not bother waste any more resources designing bosses and mechanics. The next boss should be just a dummy in a room and when the player enters and fails to kill it within 3 seconds, they die and go back to grinding. Zuletzt angestoßen am 19.12.2025, 15:09:27
