Thawing Charm not working

Multiple times I have died to being frozen because thawing charm doesnt do what its supposed to do

Are you sure the charm had enough charges when you got frozen?

It always has enough charges, they dont get used
|

Happens to me as well. 31/40 reduced charge per use thawing charm. No ingenuity belt, nothing that increases charm charge usage. Thawing charm just doesn't proc at all during freeze.
