Very long loading times

Hi,

before the last patch (0.4) my loading times were decent from 10 seconds to a maximum of 20 seconds. I have a pretty old setup with a gtx 1070 and i5 8600k

After the patch the loading times extremly increased from a minimum of 5 minutes to 15 minutes. I changed my settings and switched everything to a minimum. Also I tried to throttle a bit the CPU (-5%) because on reddit I saw a thread that this could help reducing loading times, but it doesn't really help.

I'm a bit confused, because I didn't changed anything on any driver.I appreciate any kind of help to reduce such long loading times (except for mentioning to buy a new setup ... it worked before the patch).
