Nerf of the campaign vendors?

Is it me or are the vendors of the campaign have been nerfed? I hardly ever see anymore rares let alone good gear.

At level 9 I had 10% MS boots w/ triple res(very low, obviously) drop for me. I never once found MS boots for my class(int) in any vendor up to level 69. I finally caved and bought via trade.

I would have gladly bought blue MS boots and crafted on them. They also didn't drop. This alone made it the worst campaign experience I have had since release.

I also never found any other items worth buying from vendors while going through campaign. Usually I would find an upgrade to things 15-20 levels old. Was very frustrating.

well GGG nerfed everything else why wouldn't they nerd vendors too. Can't have people playing with good gear and having fun, everyone must suffer always.

in the ideal hack and slay rpg youre fighting monsters and looting their stuff for upgrades. but not in poe2. in poe2 youre fighting monsters because you want their gold to buy stuff from a vendor, because its the best way of getting some decent gear. thats such a fundamental design fail i still cannot believe it. the introduction of gold was the worst design decision in the last 10 years and it feels like instead of proper items you are flooded with piles of gold everywhere. and i cannot hear the "gold is an addition to gear, not a replacement" bs anymore. rares or chests dropping 8 piles of gold and a single magic item suck and feel nothing but bad. i hope they nerf the vendor even further, because a vendor should be nothing more than a fallback for absolute bad luck. sadly in poe2 he is mandatory, that sucks.

Seems similar to me,l but number one thing I hate is it can still roll stuff that is way below your level.

Problem is, is that most of the gear I and alot of others seem to get is bad luck. Our only source of good reliable gear most levels was the vendors. And to add on top of it currency like exalts are a rare drop throughout the campaign. The other problem is most "crafting" is actually gambling.
