The whole Map cleared after dead at boss fight with revives remaining

I've encountered this issue twice today.

I normally leave something like breach or temple after the boss fight because I wanna make sure I complete the map.

Then if I die at boss fight and revive, the whole map is cleared, which shows ZERO monsters remain and map complete. And of course I lost my breach or temple. This is frustrating as I just lost a map with at least 4 breaches.

WON'T come back to the game until the bug is fixed.

when i entert first map first boss it sayed when you die, all remaining mobs on the map will disapear are you shure you wanna start the bossfight. so i think this is intendet.
