Weapon Set Passive Unallocates Itself

In the bottom part of the tree where there's an empty jewel slot. I've allocated the jewel and the attribute node above it with my regular passives. Then I allocated the Movement Speed, Adrenaline Rush and the next Movement Speed nodes with my Weapon Set II Passives. It let me allocate these.
However, when I open my passive tree, it does the animation where skills get allocated first, then the Adrenaline Rush node explodes and gets unallocated. The node to the right of it, which is now disconnected from the tree, is still allocated somehow. I also don't get my passives back unless I pay the gold cost to respec.
