Voltaic grenade crashing game

I have leveled to 97 with grenades, and tried to add voltaic grenade today so i would have an extra cooldown for clearing. I had no issues with any other grenade (or any other build I've played for that matter) but when i use this one it consistently crashes my game.

I have tried various support combinations but it still happens. I have a 4060 ti 16gb graphics card which has up to date drivers and a i7-13700F cpu.
