Abyss volcano mod spawns under player and immobilizes you

When the player gains the abyss mod that creates green volcanoes (Soulflame Geyser?), through headhunter belt or the new support that gives abyss modifiers, the volcano frequently spawns inside of the player's hitbox. This causes the player to be completely immobilized and stuck inside the volcano, you cannot roll out of it, you must use a movement skill to leap out of it, or unequip your headhunter.
it happens to me every single map now. i remember it last patch, but it seems even worse on my bear druid. don't know if its because of the larger hitbox.

Please fix this!!! It's extremely frustrating to be running a map at your own pace when suddenly you get literally stuck in one place for a minute, unless you lose all the other Headhunter mods... breaking the entire pace of the run. It happens on all maps with Abyss...
