You Shock yourself with those Item and Gem combination (Unintended)

Hi

If you have a Sceptre equipped with the Fulmination implicit and use Thunderstorm (didnt test with other Gems) linked with Shock Conduction II you shock yourself if you are close to the pack. If I equip a sceptre with Discipline it doesnt happen anymore. Weird interaction since Fulmination states it cannot shock (Stormweaver always shock NOT allocated)

I allocated Strike Twice to test and yes i get 2 Shock stacks on me, with exact the same magnitude as the mob.
