Freezing and loading screen during especially but not limited to larger encounters and boss fights

I've been having a lot of issues with freezing and CTD like so many others with the error code 0xc0000005 in Event Viewer.

Apart from that the most common issue is random freezes that becomes a loading screen and after a while the game comes back to normal again and I can play until it happens again the next time. Seems to happen more during boss fights, bigger encounters and when there are a lot of effects happening on screen.

I've been monitoring my PC as this occurs and I can't find any irregularities. Temps, usage and so on looks good.

I'm running W11 on all the latest drivers with a 4080, 9950X3D and 64GB RAM.
