Lunar blessing doesn’t use the weapon set I set it to

Basically just the title, I use the same talisman with werewolf selected on both sets and I set Lunar blessing on weapon set 2 only but it doesn’t automatically swap before using the skill so I have to manually do it every time, which makes it extremely annoying.
