POE2 Skeleton Snipers not respawning game claims not enough Spirit

So I went Druid and then started collecting the witch gems. Sometimes during combat my Skeletal snipers will disappear as if they were unequipped. If I check my skills tab it says I don't have enough spirit. However I absolutely do. Sometimes both will disappear, sometimes only one but in order to resummon them I ahve to unequip and reequip my scepter.

I can't figure out how to upload a picture so the link to imgur. The first two pics are my stats and gems on a unglitched period. The second two are after the glitch happens. Again, I can solve it by unequipping and re-equipping my scepter but obviously this isn't something that is easily done in the middle of combat (tracking skeles to see when they despawn along with everything else going on) and so isn't conducive to a good play.

At the current moment it happens almost every fight and makes the game almost unplayable for me.
