Vaal Temple flares not lighting up during multiplayer, nor cannot interact with anything in runs

As per the title, in PoE2, during the current league, I had 5/6 flares lit. We've gone through, in a multiplayer session, 2 more circles, and I remain at 5/6 flares lit, the game refusing to light the last one.

In addition, the in all 3 temple runs, whether I activated it or my friend, I could not interact with anything within the temple. I had to give them items to run the temple interactions for me
