Spirit not Increse to 60_Not working too [Bug-PATHEXILE2-DruidWerewolf]

I am currently experiencing a spirit bug where I am now stuck at 30 spirit and unable to use my currently equipped spirit gem X, while also being unable to gain any more spirit. I have completed both spirit quests and re-did them again on the character to try to resolve, but it still does not work.






It was fine yesterday, before fighting the Bog Witch today with the new updated patch. :( If someone knows how to fix it, help me please.

I have tried:
-relogging
-killing both bosses that give spirit
