Corrupted Nexus

Died during corrupted nexus boss fight. When I revived the map was completed but I got no loot and no atlas passives. Map Area had been cleansed.

I have same issue, everything (including corrupted nexus) except for boss despawns if I die once on boss, regardless how many attempts are available for the map itself.
