Primal Hunger Tooltip Fails to Clearly Warn That It Disables All Per-Stack Rage Bonuses

Hi GGG team,

The Primal Hunger Keystone doubles max Rage stacks and adds some regeneration based on recent spending—which sounds promising at first—but the "No Rage effect" clause makes it extremely underwhelming and highly misleading. It completely disables the base 1% more Attack Damage per stack *and* nullifies *every* passive that grants bonuses per stack of Rage (e.g., +1% Armour per Rage, +2% Spell Damage per Rage from nodes like Mystical Rage or Druidic Champion).

In practice, the only tangible benefit is a slightly longer duration on Rage-consuming skills like Lunar Blessing, where spending more stacks extends the buff. There is literally no other upside—no damage scaling, no defensive gains, nothing. Does it also disable Forged Rage? This makes the talent feel like complete garbage. Many players (including myself) allocate it expecting meaningful synergy, only to discover during testing that all those per-Rage nodes do absolutely nothing.

The tooltip desperately needs explicit warnings, such as: "Disables all inherent Rage bonuses and any effects that grant bonuses per stack of Rage." Or directly list common invalidated passives. The Chinese localization uses terms like "increase," matching the English "increased," but without these critical details it still misleads players into thinking the bonuses will work—until testing proves otherwise.

Clearer descriptions would prevent countless players from wasting points on this trap node.

Thanks for the Druid updates overall.

What did you think "No rage effect" meant? Not like a diss or anything.
It's just that there is no more Damage in anger. Isn't that literal?
Which part of the wording made you think it was limited to only the inherent effects? They would have said "No inherent rage effect" of that's what they meant. No rage effect means rage has no effect at all. Seems pretty clear to me.
I don't think that's clear at all. Rage has an effect, which of course is nullified. But that shouldn't necessarily mean that other abilities which give their own effect per however much rage you have should have THEIR OWN effects be nullified as well.

As it stands, it's very difficult to find anything at all that this keystone is good for.
