New Patch Lag/stutter

I just downloaded the new update patch on 12/18/25 and the game is now unplayable. stuttering every second. Before the patch, the game was working fine.

Having the same issues. The game played fairly well up until today. Much better than last league, but with this patch I crash almost 3-4 times a waystone.

no pc performance issues prior to this newest patch.

But now its slogging/stuttering/lagging and causing my CPU/GPU to ramp up hard!

I have same problem, shuttering on RTX 4090 with DX12. :(

I had minor lag for the last few days, not good but playable. But today things are just horrible. Lag spikes often lasting for 20 sec just standing in hideout.
