Lifesprig and other leveling caster weapons requirement

GGG, please make it so that the uniques intended for leveling new characters can actually be used by those characters. At this point a Lifesprig is only viable when it drops in a low level zone due to the weapon-bound spell level. This results in 99.9% (no exaggeration here) of them being completely useless and the actual low level ones costing multiple divines.

Just make it so that the bound spell caps at level 1, or remove it from the wand completely. I love leveling new characters, and this seems like a weird unintented limitation.
