Game is unplayable lag, rubber banding, and 30 to 40 second delays before moving.

I play on PC with a controller. I run an AMD 9 9950x 16 core CPU, 64 GB RAM, and NVIDA 4090. I normally don't have problems. This afternoon about 4pm EST ran one map. It started off feeling a little sluggish by the end of the map lag, rubber banding, and 30 to 40 second delay from input to movement it was unplayable. I saw the server were going to reboot so I got off. I tried again around 6 pm EST after patching game. Exact same issues.

I tried again No Joy. I tried KB & M same thing. Tested my internet connection over 800 MBS. Reinstalled my driver No Joy. Cleared my shader cache. still same issue.

Same thing, it started just before patch for me. Now it's even worse. Unplayable for me. This is the only game I play, and it's just been destroyed a little bit more every day.
