Server Crash caused failure of my long waited map

Dear GGGGGGG,

I dont know what to say. I can't stand with this idiotic behavior where your system fails and we get punished. I literally traveled 10 maps to find this unique map. I was literally on the verge of completing it to claim my atlas points and you just happened. I can totally understand the crash.

But Why the FCK you mark the map as failed ????

Your incompetence eludes my brain.

I know you are going to say this and that I am sure you have all the reasons but at the very end you are punishing us for your fck up.

You can clearly understand whether a user closed the application to exploit a renewable map or user crashes or server crashes. Hell you can even track the progress of the map and just let users continue where they left from. Was it too much coding for you ? I can even guess why you decided to mark the maps as failed. Someone definitely said "Oh you little shits, you exploit this and that, exploit this now"

I think you really lack intelligence the way you handle this kind of problems.
You need to seriously consider recruiting eligible people. This is definitely beyond you. It all starts with this kind of failures and suddenly you realize you lost all the trust and noone is interested anymore even if you deliver.

You launch a new release you apply more than 5 patches same day. You definitely need a good quality assurance team.
You definitely need a good customer relations team.
You definitely need a better strategy creator. You are coding something and you are deleting it on next patch. If this happens on any serious software companies there will be serious consequences. This decision maker is doing very poorly. Tower this tower that tower gone. Breach good, loot good, breach in garbage. Can you tell me where the fck player will use delirium loot other than anoints ? Have you even considered it ? Bye bye deli.

I know it is very hard to read someone bitching about a lot of things. If you take it seriously you might reevaluate and notice what is going wrong.

There is only one good thing about you still going. You have a really dedicated fun group. But they even get bored when they experience failure after failure.

And no I didn't crash only one time. This was nearly 20th times so far. And I dont play that much.
