Bugs with flame breath

1) Skill speed is not working on the skill
2) If you become frozen, you can not use any vivern skills after, only after shapeshifting to another form
3) A fly is basically a walk; you can not go up/down in terrain like with a jump (not sure if it's by design)
4) You are affected by debuffs on the ground, like poison/blood(not sure if it's by design, but you do fly, so it should not be)
