Glory generation passive notes does not work on weapon swap

Similar to the issue with weapon swap not working on walking calamity, weapon swap appears to not be working with passive tree notes that provides increased glory generation.

When i apply the glory generation notes without weapon swap, the glory generation is increased, while if I try to do it with weapon swap and accordingly apply the abilities to the weapon set with increased glory generation, the increased glory generation is not applied as it should.

I have tried to do this, but using the same weapon in both slots on druid with bear form.
