Navira's Fracturing skill bugged some time ago

Hello!

I was using this skill through the whole campaign and in last interlude this skill stopped working property. I am generating chilled ground with Ice Nova with Cold Infusions. Now when I press Navira's Fracturing it can go on cooldown and not trigger the explosion. this can happen 1-3 times in a row and then it suddenly finally explodes all of the chilled zones.

May be there were some sneaky server update in last hour?

I am still figuring this out. But the bug started happening for me in 70-80% of Navira's Fracturing casts.
Very frustrating :(

Update:

For some reason Navira's Fracturing skill is changing my weapon to the second set but I dont have any of skills bound to different weapon set.

Also I have 2 sets of tabs for each of Navira skills (so 2 tabs for Navira's Fracturing also). And second tab actually has the option to bind this skill to a weapon set..

The weapon swap happens when I am clicking this skill when it is already on cooldown.

Update2:

I think I managed to patch this problem by locking my weapon set 1 (by pressing RMB on weapon set 1 tab button) and removing weapon 2 entirely

And part of the problem was that I forgot that this skill is not working if there are no enemies around for some reason. But the problem with not locked weapon swaps remains. And I am sure that this skill was not working when weapon swap was not locked and there were enemies around (almost died many times in narrow corridors because of that)
