2nd weapon set with Amor Mandragora breaks bear endurance charge generation

It worked fine before, but now after using Ferocious Roar in 2nd set and then another skill to go back to the 1st set it disables endurance charge generation from spent rage until I manually swap weapons again. Additionally, if offset is also set to bear on the talisman then charge generation stops working completely.

Bump. I think hotfix 5 did it.

You did something that broke Endurance Charge generation for Bear if you have Amor Mandragora in your off hand. It doesn't work at all. If you take it off, it starts working again. Please fix.
