Shapeshifting on both weapon set causing problems to interact or walk

I have werewolf on both weapon sets and sometimes i can't move when interacting with npcs (i'm using WASD)

If i click on their name or dodge roll it fixes the problem but it isn't a guaranteed solution, sometimes i have to remove my weapon if i want to move my character

It happens when clicking on abyssal depths too, i can't jump if i'm shapeshifted in both weapon sets, even though it should transform me back to human just like when interacting with npcs
